A Blessed Holy Week & Joyous Easter to all in our TMLA Alumnae Family. Easter 2010 at TMLA included Reconciliation Day, and a Holy Week prayer service centered around the Stations of the Cross. For many years Holy Week featured a retreat. In these photos are pictured an Easter Hat Sale circa 1967-68, the proceeds of which went to aid the Little Sisters of the Poor Home for the Aged in Bushwick (no longer in operation) and preparation for the Spring Concert with Sister Margaret Clare.
Since I am the last student on the right, I can narrow the date of the photo to 1964 or 65. Wearing the then freshman/sophomore uniform helps

Poor's home in Bushwick closed, a new home was opened in Queens Village in 1970. By the way I
have been a Little Sister myself since 1968!
