Emilie Lowerre-Jambois '67 & Former TMLA teacher

With sadness we inform you of the passing of Emilie Lowerre-Jambois, TMLA Class of 1967 and sister of Donna Lowerre '68. Emilie was also a Math teacher at TMLA during the 1970s.     Just read this now, so sad. She was the best math teacher I ever had-- and all business! Made got me love geometry and succeed in it as well. We used different colored pencils for theorems, proofs, and definitions. And being a sophomore taking French, of course, I thought she had the coolest name ever.

    I miss her too!! She was fantastic!! Had other teachers that bambozzled me , but she was the one who gave me a love for Math!!
